Non-scale victory of the week!

No junk food on Sunday! A WEEKEND day!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still my diet... I am making a meal plan for the week, today. Going to try shakes for breakfast and lunch.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made it to ONE-DERLAND!! I haven't weighed under 200 pounds since HIGH SCHOOL!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eat sugar. We still have Jelly beans at my house, and I ate a few EVERY day this week.

I fell completely off the wagon this week. I only exercised Sunday and Monday of last week, and then today-Sunday. I ate everything in sight. I got comfortable, because I won my last diet bet. I'm almost back to square one. ugh.

Food. I actually work out 5 days per week. I try to count calories, but I end up binging, and throwing it all off.
