Well, I didn't make it, but no matter. I have realigned myself with my goals. I've been doing well with my food plan and I'm pleased about that. We all just need to "keep stackin' wins" one day at a time, over and over until we make those good habits our normal and then we can look back and be proud of our progress. Round 4, I'm comin' for you! Let's all make Round 4 our b**ch! 😁 Stay strong!💪

I did not quit. I will not make weigh in today. But after evaluating where I stand if I change my goals to losing 4% per month based on where I am now, I can still win by the end. It will not be easy. I have to be disciplined. But I am on track. Looking forward to reaching my goals finally.

Even for round 5, you don't need to make your goal to get in on round 6! You just need to have 6%.

You need to make round 5 and maintain that weight to round 6.

It’s been a rollercoaster for me. Pre-super bowl I was 2 pounds less than my goal. Then I was 1 pound less, then I was .5 over. Then .5 under, then .2 over... as of this morning, 1 pound under... but shark week is starting- so who the heck knows what it will be tomorrow

  • Donated blood this weekend and found out my blood pressure is under 120/80 for the first time in years! Between the beet powder I’ve been taking and the diet/exercise for this dietbet, I feel healthier than I have in a long time. Hopefully I can keep it up!

Well done. My blood pressure actually went down to 95/55 from 135/90 over a period of 6 months. I started to supplement with salt water to just get it up a bit and it worked well. Your blood pressure seems to be in the perfect range now. My resting heart rate dropped 10 to an average of 47 which I am happy with.

I did a 75 minute bike ride this morning: 21.85 miles and 800 calories burned. I also added in 10 minutes of arms. I’m nervous for tomorrow... super bowl snacks. My kids have all our favorites that they want me to make. I’ve tried to be SO GOOD this week so that I can have a few treats tomorrow. Really hoping not to do too much damage and undo all the progress I’ve made.

I would make some healthy snacks on the side! I'll have a platter of veggies including baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers with hummus and ranch! This is a great way to help me stay away from over indulging too much into the other unhealthy stuff. Taking a bite here and there isn't bad but it won't undo all your hard work either! Drinking plenty of :droplet: will also help!Good luck!

As I'm from Germany, Super Bowl isn't a thing here. But Bellanu's tip sounds good.
I had a movie night with a friend yesterday and prepared Banana and Apples with peanut butter as a healthy snack alternative for me, while she had chocolate and the like. Didn't feel the urge to take any of her snacks.
