Non-scale victory of the week!
I was able to make really good choices around the Super Bowl. This meant I stayed home and didn’t attend any parties, but I still enjoyed the game.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I felt I could have scheduled my meals better. Some days my timing didn’t allow for my afternoon meal due to a hectic work schedule and walking on my lunch breaks.

This week I will continue with the water intake. I did well most days but some days I lagged.
