Non-scale victory of the week!

Started drinking more water, thanks to lemon in it.

I lack the self motivation to exercise on my own. I feel that I don't know how to properly without someone's guidance.

WATER!!! I need to keep up my water intake, I also need to meal prep meals for myself. Summer is especially hard because I am home all day, every day.
