Rested when I needed to.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Being sick I definitely struggled admitting my limitations but after I tried to push myself with some yoga I realized I needed sleep more than exercise.

Learning some fibromyalgia triggers such as meats like pork-going back to more fish turkey eggs and plant based diets. I also walked my dog!

I need to start working out, drinking more water, and sleeping on time.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Finding time to cook well and exercise. Being low income and having other systemic issues with oppression can make it difficult to do much of anything but survive.
