I joined a weight room but haven’t used it yet. I’m scared to get back on the treadmill to see exactly how out of shape I am and the pain that follows. But I also know I’m not going to get stronger and be successful without it. So it’s a double edge sword. I have been making mostly better choices in terms of food, but there is always room for improvement.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have consumed more water. Turned down chocolate, and opted for fruit instead to curb my sweet tooth. I need to get my heart rate up.
