I’ve done DDP yoga 6 times this week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten on rowing machine more I am getting frustrated though. I eat tuna packets all the time. My calorie count is we’re it should be. I’m exercising. Why am I only losing a few punches at most per week?

I’ve been doing the rowing machine or yoga almost every day this week. Eating is getting better. I think I have my mojo back!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Well at the MD I lost 1 pound. He kept telling me that this is really good. The average weight gain is 7 pounds. So I’m actually 8 pounds ahead of the game. But nowhere as good as last Christmas. Getting way to frustrated.

Today I went to a movie and dinner with a friend. At the movie I had 2 red vines and 4 kerrnals of popcorn. And dinner I ate half my meat and huge plate of salad with red wine vineger
