Have stuck to my keto diet! Even while out to eat!

I struggled with snacking this week. Not sure why. I managed it for the most part but definitely could have done better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted cheese cake muffins all day yesterday until dinner! And then reduced the size of my dinner so that I could work one cheesecake muffin without going over .

I could have drank more water!
