  • I switched up my rest days and did nothing yesterday because it was my bday. =3 I did not cut my calories and even had chips. Good day yesterday.
    Today, I did a long run in the morning since I am expecting to indulge in some bday cake this afternoon. Great day today.

I’ve lost the ability to look at myself & think anything positive. I no longer want to feel embarrassed or ashamed. I want to feel healthy. I want to look healthy. I want to be active more with my family. I want to rework my thinking back to positive speech & thought. I want to feel comfortable in my own body again & take back control of my life. I’m working on not just losing weight but balancing me. A healthy mind & healthy body. I’m losing weight to balance myself. To live the best life I can for myself & most importantly my family.

  • Confession....
    I've been really struggling. I've had about 7 weeks of being 'good' and this week I've been busy with shows so haven't been able to actually cook or meal prep. And I've put on weight since the start of this game.

    So here we are... new week, new food plan written.

    Going to give it my all, but pretty confident this game isn't for me.

I know I've got plenty of time to get my butt in gear but this last week has been crap. I haven't worked out or ate well. My poor kitty had to have an eye removed and it was the toughest decision and situation I've ever been in. She's doing fine now but I hate that it had to happen. 😫

Thank you everyone! I did try out 21 fix extreme this morning. It was rough after being out all week. I might try a few beachbody workouts to see what I like. My cat Alice seems to be doing well. Not moving around a whole lot yet but eating and purring just fine!
