I'm craving junk food because it's that time of month. I also got bad news today, that my cousin passed away and I felt even more compelled to eat junk and say "F this, I don't care anymore". Not sure what I should do to get my mind off the junk. Somehow I feel like nothing will help 😞 just depressed and emotional at the moment.

Sad news. I was at 56% progress & now I’m basically back where I started 😢 went out to eat with my boyfriend twice this week & I’m back to 0%. I only needed 3 more Pounds to lose & now I have 7/8 :( I also have been feeling down & I started my period so bloating is at its worst right now :(
