Non-scale victory of the week!

Stayed away from the sweets.did menu prep. And didn't eat the giant cook my customer gave me.

Missed 3 morning workouts. Definitely could have gotten those in.

Tempted by sweets. I can go weeks without eating any, but if I have one I'll go overboard. It's best if I just don't have any.
