Non-scale victory of the week!

I didnt eat everything on my plate at restaurant which I usually would eat that and a dessert so self control was a win

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went out to one of my fav restaurants and they have these awesome rolls and somehow i managed to resist them and order a salad.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I couldve worked out more. And i couldve avoided some snack options.

Same as always i guess, go to the gym at least 3 times and stay within my calorie range. I need to stay positive and focused.
