This is my second dietbet for the year. I am hoping for another successful month with back to back wins. Last year I failed my second back to back month because I ate bad in the week between bets.. BUT this time I stayed on track and have lost even more weight since the weigh out. Instead of eating bad food choices for a week, I decided to give myself ONE day to eat something I craved for the past 5 weeks. Today is that day. I decided to do this the day before the dietbet starts so that I can't use the excuse of.. "just one more cheat meal before the bet starts", as this is how I spiralled out of control last year. Tomorrow, I will weigh in and maintain my focus for another month!! Feeling much more stronger this year 💪 and much more focus on achieving things for myself. As a parent, I have put myself second to my children for WAY too many year (17 years to be exact). I have made it my focus for 2021 to be a little selfish and put ME first. Whether it be eating well, exercising, drinking more water, or treating myself with regular hair and beauty treatments or anything else that makes me feel like me ❤ Best thing is my kids are loving that I am doing something for me for a change, and they are joining me on this journey.
