Somehow gained three pounds since starting this bet with focused eating and exercise. A lot frustriating. Im not letting it get me down...now to start my workout. Happy Friday!

If you have been lifting... Remember muscle weighs more then fat. And the scale will start going back in your favor. I always gain a little weight when I start a program, before I loose it. Until that happens start looking for the NSV (non scale victories), to keep you motivated... are your pants feeling better, we’re you able to lift a little heavier, did you get one more rep in?? Those all count!!!!
Keep up the hard work, and the hard work will start showing!!!
