Maybe exercise one more day. Need to work on not snacking and bringing more veggie snacks to work. Resisting sweets at home. Make better weekend plans that keep me busy.

I stuck to exercising even if I was at a conference and walked consistently.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done a lot of better on controlling my snacking on sugary foods. We brought sugary granola into the house that had peanut butter, my downfall!

Get back to cleaner eating minimizing the sugary and processed foods. Still work on getting at least 7 hours of sleep at least 4-5 nights per week.

Get to bed by 9:15 at least 4 days next week. Keep on point with food intake by staying within 1500-1600 calories. Maybe start using food scale for more accurate accountability.

It seems like my fitness is getting better with more variety in exercise.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been better on my food intake. While I did eat healthy 95% of the time, I went over calories on most days because of snacking on almonds!

I did tons of meal prepping this past week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could have gone to sleep earlier. What I have found is that I get really snacky and have problems controlling it at night when I don't get enough sleep.

My goals for the upcoming week are to get to bed by 9:15 to get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep. Adjust caloric intake when overdoing it during the day. Snack on healthier items if snacking at night.

What I find most challenging is keeping my eating in check, which I know is 75-80% of the challenge of staying healthy.

For this upcoming week, I need to work on getting to bed earlier...say by 9:15. I get up between 4:30-4:45 most mornings without my alarm clock. I find that when I don't get to bed early enough, I tend to mindlessly snack on sugary type foods the next day from being tired..
