I did a much better job of staying on track this week!

I really should have cut down on my fast food but did a nice job of sort of staying within my calorie goal I also could have excersized more

Today I had to grab a random towel from the cabinet since mine was dirty and a regular size towel covered me completely now that’s an NSV

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Beginning of the week I struggled to maintain healthy choices so this week I plan to work out more and really watch my calories
