What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Food, and temptation is my most difficult challenge for sure. I have a hard time turning food away if its offered to me. Places like work are especially difficult for that. The second most challenging thing is planning ahead/time management. I do about 17 hour days after work, and “extra curriculars” so if I don’t plan the day before- my entire day will be shot.
