I joined a hike challenge so I have been out walking alot! We are also cleaning out the garage so it keeps me busy!

I could have made more meals instead of the last minute "what are we going to eat"

Non-scale victory of the week!

I just got home from vacation. my beginning photo and weight was at the beginning of my monthly cycle so it was a little high. I've got lots of steps in this week and I've eaten well which is a big Plus in my books

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't get to go grocery shopping when I got home from vacation. I went straight into my last two night shifts so today is grocery shopping day. I'm off for 5 days!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I'm on vacation so I went to the gym which has a scale. I am not allowed to move the scale and no one else is here so excuse the terrible photo of me on the scale. The mirrors aren't quite wode enough.
