My pants felt like they were falling down when I was walking/jogging

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Snack less. I've been eating healthy snacks but then the calories still add up so it slows me down :(

Doing at least one walk everyday (even weekends)!

My rest was messed up and it made my days stressful and it was more difficult to make healthy choices

My spouse doesn't know I'm doing DietBet. The other night he asked me if I lost weight because he could tell the difference :D (I can't tell the difference yet)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I binged last weekend ... lots of Sangria. I had fun but it pushed me back at least ~4 lbs. :( Obviously not do that again... anytime soon...
