closed my rings on my watch 5 days since Sunday.

definitely could have eaten better :(

Non-scale victory of the week!

Worked out 4 days in a row! I was able to stay on the treadmill and jog for 5min straight.

I could have definitely ate better. I would like to start eating more veggies
