What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Accepting that I'm back at square 1 after health and fitness being my lifestyle for 4 years is really confronting. I know how much dedication and hard work is required to get back to where I was. My mindset is definitely my biggest challenge.
