Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been battling a head cold so all things considered I did well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Hydrated more. Being sick I find that I m not drinking enough water. Looking in the mirror my face seems bloated and I can tell that I m retaining water because I m not drinking enough

I detoxed off of sugar and that helped with not looking/feelin bloated

Added more greens in my diet

Focused More on. My nutrition. I ate semi okay but would have had more energy if I ate better.

Start 22 min hard corps do it at least 4 days so I can start toning again. I m losing weight but looking the same because I m not working out like I use to.

Excersized. I notice I huge difference on how my body is losing muscle now. I need to take time to excersized because I see a huge difference in my tone now.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

After a cheat day it’s hard to get back on track. I need to have better mental focus so I can continue to be healthy and lose the extra weight.
