Non-scale victory of the week!

I now wear my Fitbit on the 3rd hole instead of the 1st hole.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I planned a month's worth of meals and shopping lists for every 3-4 days. It has taken the guesswork out of things and has simplified my healthy eating.
