I started DietBet again! I usually do much better with accountability.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Cooked at home instead of ordering out so much. I’ve been binging for a few days and feel like shit.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted all sorts of tempting food during my trip to Alabama, I dropped at least 3 pant sizes since I started DietBet, and I’ve been running consistently!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve been low on energy, so I’ve been managing a pretty bare minimum when it comes to my work outs. I wanna get back up to at least an hour of cardio and an hour or two of weight lifting.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a couple of days last week that I let myself eat in excess, but I didn’t beat myself up about it! For the most part I’ve been in a consistent caloric deficit and so my NSV is definitely letting myself fluctuate without putting unnecessary and unhelpful pressure on myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Getting to the gym more (even though I was sick last week), and been stronger in terms of resisting bad foods for me when I’m lounging at home.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Nothing this time around! I’m in it for life and I know it will take time, so I’m happy to just try and be my healthiest self and watch as my body follows with me.
