I prepped raw veggies and broccoli soup yesterday to eat better this week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

avoided making and eating a 235 calorie mug cake recipe late night and snacking on dried fruit and nuts in my mom’s room

Non-scale victory of the week!

tasted a sweet snack and spit it out before swallowing. I realized it wasn't as good as it looked and I tasted it and didn't want that junk in my body or the calories

Still able to fit into my clothes for a wedding I was at yesterday

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Logging food diligently, having a meal plan in place and prepping ahead for the week. Also not snacking so much that's been the biggest culprit.

Meal replacements shakes for 2 meals with fruit and veggie snacks and one 500 calorie meal so I don't gain weight and maybe I'll lose a little more

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been walking outdoors at night or on my treadmill most days this week. I went to the gym for 1.5 hours and did 45 minutes treadmill last night and did push pull exercises e.g., chest, back and shoulders and recorded my workout to be able to progress.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Avoid eating after 7:00PM because that's when I was overeat.

Gym 4 days: Fri,Sat,Mon,Tues doing resistance exercises and daily cardio either walking, cycling or elliptical 6 -7 days per week for at least 45 min and up to 90 min daily. For diet I will track my intake and practice time restricted feeding from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
