What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have a sweet tooth, and I'm really good at baking, so that's an unfortunate combination for my diet! When I plan my meals ahead of time, I'm usually pretty good, but impulse snacking is probably my worst offense.
