No non-scale victories. It hasn’t been a good last week. Food has been a big problem.

Just eating healthier. Cut out processed sugars completely for a week. They have been ruling my life.

I haven’t had any victories over the last couple weeks. Really trying to get back into being healthy and back to my normal routine.

My eating is terrible. I go from eating nothing to eating junk.

Fitting into smaller sizes. As much as I don’t feel small, my clothing sizes are shrinking so I must be doing something.

Eating. My eating is all over the place and I need to get a grip on it.

Really want to get a grip on nutrition. Going to see a nutritionist so hopefully that will be helpful.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I wouldn’t say I had any. Nothing seems different this last week compared to the previous.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating. I’m really struggling with the eating. We went to an event this weekend and there were so many tasty foods there. I didn’t resist. I also felt sick after because my body isn’t use to eating that kind of stuff anymore.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Diet and sleep. I’m trying to do much better at having three actual meals a day, making time to just stop and eat. Also, I haven’t been sleeping well so trying to make that better as well.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m finally starting to fit into my older clothes! When I look at myself I don’t always feel I like I’ve lost weight but when my clothes start to fit better I know I’m making progress.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating. I feel I have days where I do really good and then days that are bad and they just seem to cancel each other out. Really been struggling the last few weeks.

I want to get in a much better routine with my eating again. Traveling for a week for work and then being on holiday for a week has just completely thrown me out of whack.

Clothes starting to be looser.

Eaten snacks better. Sometime come dinner I’m starving but because I’m so active during the day I don’t have time to snack.

Find a new exercise routine. I’ve been training for a half marathon for the last three months. Now that I’ve done it, I need to create a new routine to follow as I do better with a routine.

Resisting sweets

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Avoid junk foods on the weekend. Saturday tends to be a day for snacking. I just need to turn the snacks into healthier foods.

Sleeping better. I have been ill and had some shoulder and neck issues that have affected my sleep. Would really like to get those under control.
