Non-scale victory of the week!

I successfully completed the week! I didn't give in to any temptation even though I was feeling crummy all week, so I'm proud of that.

Pushed through to go to the gym when I wasn't feeling it at all...I just didn't

This week I sold all but 2 shirts from my dresser drawers because they're too big now!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've drank more water daily and probably hit the gym 1 more day than I did this week!

Keep up my keto and add an extra gym day, I start my second indoor soccer league and a new kickboxing class this week too so that should help!

Went to New York City for a weekend trip and still stuck to my food goals without temptation and walked 20k steps each day in the freezing cold!

Fit into a size medium pants for the first time in 10yrs or more...cannot remember when I last wore that size!!
