Hey Shelia! I just read your comment to about struggling with night eating. I can totally relate! But girl, you seriously can do this! Chris and Heidi talk about making promises to yourself as these are more important than turning numbers on a scale. Write your goals down, share the promises that you've made in your head, and set a goal for yourself. This is your time to reclaim yourself and love who you are.
