Non-scale victory of the week!

So, I think I need a new scale. When I woke up and got on the scale, it showed 201! I was thrilled, since that put .5 less then 2 days ago. When I got on the scale to weigh in on front of the mirror it said 202.5, then before I took the pic, it showed 203... needless to say I tried a few more times, and it did the same thing 202.5, then 203... frustrating to say the least. So I will get a new scald before next Wednesday. ..hopefully it will show even more weight gone by then!
