My daughters twins had their 1st birthday. I only ate small portions of cake and desserts, the problem is a I ate several small portions. It is better than I would have done before! Before it would have been several large portions!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I really need to back off on the sweets, I can really tell a difference in how I feel when I eat crappy vs healthy.
