I started making soups now that it’s getting cooler. Lower calories and good at the same time!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I joined a weigh to health class based on pre diabetes. I barely made it onto the class with a BMI slightly over the 30 mark!!! Yea me. I have lady about 40 lbs in about a year and most of it was in the last 4 months! The class lasts a year and you have to keep a journal of food and exercise! I am hoping this class will help me keep the weight off and keep me eating healthy for a long time tio come!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been stress eating and that is something I really need to work on. This week has been extremely stressful at work. After this week it should be better!

My daughters twins had their 1st birthday. I only ate small portions of cake and desserts, the problem is a I ate several small portions. It is better than I would have done before! Before it would have been several large portions!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really need to back off on the sweets, I can really tell a difference in how I feel when I eat crappy vs healthy.

I have been better at eating healthy and getting in my steps.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to make sure I am getting in my workouts before the end of the week. It’s tough to get to the end of the week and realize how tired I am and I still haven’t got my workouts done.

I need to work on getting more sleep I can really tell when I don’t get enough sleep. It affects not only my work but my workouts and diet. I am not willing to go back up to 200 lbs. I haven’t seen 170 for quite a while!

I ate good and only cheated once! I had chicken fingers for lunch. I only ate one and used the others on my salads for the next two days.
