Fitting into a smaller size.

I allowed myself a free day for hitting last months goal. I went overboard though and I’m not pleased with myself.

I stayed strong and avoided the temptation to get a sweet treat and met my exercise goals.

I didn’t reach 10,000 steps a single time, but I still increased my steps each day compared to normal.
