What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking to it. Once I get in a routine of healthy eating and exercising, life is great. But once I slip for that cheat meal or whatever, I lose all control and fall back into bad habits.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals this week are to get back on track with my eating, by figuring out my daily food log a day in advance so I know what I'm going to be eating. Starting under my calories every day, and by weeks end I will have more energy to start getting out and doing things to keep moving.
