My goal is to focus on my health. I will make eating to live a priority over living to eat. I plan to exercise as my personal plan for mental and physical health. overall I am changing my mindset and the narrative of what my life is and will become. Although this challenge focuses on weight (and I want to win) I am more focused on my health and happiness
