I feel ya, the diet part if the easier part for me as well. I lost 60lbs before from diet changes alone. It's the working out that I struggle with. I hate exercising, always have, as a kid I didn't like sports or gym class, and as an adult I just don't move. It's sad but true. I would love to be the kind of person that craves a work out and feels great afterwards, but I know that won't be for QUITE some time. But I guess we've got to start somewhere, and that's with begrudgingly doing something. I'll start with walking as well and I'm going to give yoga a shot.

Do you hate to sweat too? Thats the WORST! And what I think first contributed to the "i dont want to exercise" mentality. Now I practically sweat just getting dressed every morning. ha. The irony.

I don't sweat a lot, which is good I guess. While it is gross, it's not what has deterred me, I'm glad I don't have that part to overcome! I've just gotten far to used to being sedentary and lazy. And now it feels even worse to try to work out because of health issues (I've got a hip that likes to be out of place throwing my whole body off and causing a lot of knee and back pain), so going in knowing this is going to hurt, just makes me less likely to start something.
