7 days ago my wife gave birth to our first child, 3 weeks early! Suffice to say I've done no training since....
After spending a week in hospital with them both, eating hospital food ( lots of fried and high fat meals...) I did 2 progress weigh ins and had lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks, and now passed my game goal 😲
Time to pivot from gym training to home training, and watch my diet until the end of the game to keep below the goal!
