Thanks for the encouragement. It takes a lot of time, hard work, commitment, and friendly encouragement to get through each day. It will be a long haul but just think of the rewards that come with it. It's truly priceless. Keep up the pace and keep shedding those lbs. Make up your mind that you can do this, that your going to lose that 50 lbs. and be the person that you want to be.
