Don't let that knee or hip excuse you from working out. Pull-ups, push-ups, and weight lifting all still possible. Stay motivated!

Actually, my only problem area is monkeybars. :) I simply can't transfer from one rung to another, I weigh too much to hold myself on with one hand, so the moment I let go to move forward I fall off.
