Thanks! For some reason I lose a lot on the weekends and then slow down during the week. You can do it!

I have to lose just under 2 lbs per week. I have these different challenges I've been doing every month. If I can figure out how to post a picture besides my profile one. I'll post the one I'm doing next month, it's burpees & something else. I did a squat challenge, it worked well. This month I'm doing push ups and crunches. Also, I follow Weight Watchers, weigh in was last night & I was down 2.6 lbs. So something is working. lol I walk on my lunch about 3 - 4 kms...using an app called Endomondo which tracks my km walked and calories burned.

aww thanks! I walked during lunch on the treadmill... Tried only having a powerbar for lunch but then my stomach was growling. Picked up a roasted veggie sandwich instead of chicken strips though :) Hope your day is going well.

you can do this Amanda. Its hard. We all got overweight over time and it will take some lifestyle changes to lose the weight. We are all here doing the same thing- And I cheer you on! Hang in there. What have you done today towards your goal? I walked 25 min slowly on the treadmill to start. Now I have a migraine so I have to rest but I feel good knowing I did something today towards my new healthier lifestyle.
