@nicole21 I didn’t eat, did a sauna session, drank a bunch of water, did a sweat workout outside and crossed my fingers lol it was a lot more water weight than I was expecting but still did pretty good. Now I’m back up 3lbs *face palm* this is going to be a rough month.

This has been a tough month. I finally saw movement in the scale a few weeks ago then I got sick, then I got a weird infection and my weight shot up. The infection is finally healing and my weight finally is back to what it was when I first got sick. Now I am 2 lbs away from my goal and am feeling more hopeful. It will take a lot of work but I am hoping to make it.

Stress can cause us to gain and hold onto weight. Maybe now that you are healing the weight will feel safe to let go. Consider adding some extra water and quality sleep to help your he process if you aren’t already. I am rooting for you!:two_hearts:

I'm feeling more confident. I know the outfits are different, but I think I can see the difference. Even at those self checkouts at the store I wasnt completely grossed out at my reflection today. One month difference between photos. Down another 2lbs this week and down -23.6lbs total now.

I think I can reuse my weight. I’m gonna be good today anyway :) I’m still at weigh in goal this morning too and have double workout scheduled tonight and running 7 miles Friday. So I was weighing my decisions wisely yesterday :laughing: I also had 2 shots of Tito’s in my diet Dr pepper last night and brownies..

I would say if you have a gym and you need to shed lil weight Sauna work wonders!!
