I started at 77.2kg in Aug 2012. Now I am down to 71.7kg in 3 months, thanks to 4HB diet. (I even went on a 3 week holiday and didn't put on weight!) After the festive season, I am back to 74.6kg! It's time to shed the flubber!

I bet that if you look in the mirror, you see a lot more toned and health body. That inch says a lot. Every inch forward counts. Hang in there and have a mini bet with yourself to finish strong.

Hey Craig, thanks for the cheering! Yeah coming from 147 inches in Aug to 139 inches now, I am really glad I stuck to 4HB. I just wished I could keep my $50! :)
