Hey everyone!!! another questions....I am tracking my diet on myfitnesspal and I am over a bit on my calories...as well as my fat and protein intake...is that okay? Like I am over around 100 calories and 88g. on my fat and 73g. on my protein...Does this happen to any of you at all?

All the time. Calories are an inexact science for sure. Portion sizes vary and you can't be sure the info on the package is on the mark either. I try not to fixate on the numbers because I've been a perfectionist and if I missed the mark at all, I failed. No more. Fitness pal keeps you in the ballpark and if you're in the ballpark, you win!
