Just started a 6 month transformer to double down on the idea of a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Anyone still around?

This is my first transformer. I'm hoping it helps me ingrain the lifestyle changes to stop some of my yoyoing.

I've just joined myself, and signed up for the transformer starting on the 18th Jan, so here's hoping you don't mind a little friendly competition, support and accountability albeit half a month offset!
