New here. I am usually at least moderately active and stay close to 140 but last year I had a knee failure and reconstructive surgery in December. My biggest hurdle, other than poor eating habits, is finding exercise that doesn't strain my healing knee or bore me to bits. What kinds of exercises do you recommend?

Sorry to hear about your knee. I know how it goes. I have arthritis all up my right side. I swim mostly but also do the recumbent exercise bike. I do water aerobics/aqua fit too because it allows me to tone up without hurting. I just started with the elliptical a few weeks ago hesitantly but it doesn't hurt my leg at all.
