Hi everybody!! I just joined the group and I thought I would share my exercise plan with you. I found it online at http://www.superskinnyme.com/weight-loss-exercise-plan.html
It has workouts predetermined and has three different ability levels!

I did my first day of the 12 week schedule today and I would love to share this with you all so you can succeed from it too :D

Lisa, I hope that all is going well with your weight loss. Have you gained your weight back since biggest loser? If yes how much? How do you keep the weight off once you have lost it? I have lost 90 pounds and I have 60 more to go. I am really finding it hard to get under 185, keep the weight off and still lose weight. My name is Denise. Thank you for the inspiration.
