I’ve struggled since weighin last Sunday. Food good and walking everyday, but feeling down. Made chicken wings with squeezed orange and mesquite spice and baked. I also did a stir fry with shredded carrots, zuchinni, mushrooms, and red/yellow peppers.
It was great dinner but boosted my spirits that I made a different meal that turned out good.
