I have been at this weight for one week. It's good I'm not gaining, but not so great that I'm not dropping. What to do? What to do?

I'm not eating above my 1200 a day. I have been doing intermittent fasting, except for the day before yesterday, I just ate healthy at whatever time, because I thought maybe I needed to change things up to get the scale to budge.

Nope.

I would think that the scale was stuck, but it's digital. And it weighs other stuff just fine. I think I might be the problem.

I'm back to the intermittent fasting and have been on the elliptical to burn off something... anything. I still have over 4 pounds to shed for my kickstarter DietBet. There's enough time to do it, for someone who's making progress.

Yikes.

Maybe I need to do a 24 hour fast? Switch to all veggies for a few days? I mostly eat veggies now, so I don't know if that would help? Maybe just up the exercise? A LOT?

I don't think I can drink any more water than I am. Maybe I'm retaining water? I do eat salt. Maybe cut the salt?

Maybe all of the above?

Or something else entirely?

Oy!

The image with this post is my body. Not the body that I have now, of course. It's the body that I'm going to have. It's my Destination Body. I just need to follow the route on the map. And figure out what's causing the traffic to move so slowly.

And get off the computer and go for a hike.
