My plan to give up dairy hasn't gone entirely as planned. Thus far I've run into 2 obstacles. One being that I forgot about the required planning when eating out as an ovo-vegetarian. The restaurant Kelsey's gets a big fail just on veggie meals alone but definitely nothing vegan.

In the past, my friends and family would ask where I could eat, and it was appreciated. I didn't really want to go back to that though, so I've made the decision that if I need to, I will do dairy in a restaurant. (And during my trip 'home' for my favourite pizza).

The other issue was just not paying attention to my hunger cues, so instead of having my planned lunch, I made myself a mozza pizza. I didn't even enjoy it.

The good news is by skipping on the dairy, I feel so much more in control of my choices. And with this sense of control, I am down 4.8 lbs. :)
