It's day two... Since the first weigh in, the game begins tonight. My weigh -in weight was 79kg (174.1lbs).

 

I ate alot, and i mean alot of fast food, takeaway. i couldnt go over two days without some yummy hot chips, pizza or whatever is closest. Thats about to change.

Im sticking to my new diet plan, Weight Watchers Convenience Meals... There great. Both healthy and full of flavour. And being on a student budget, there easy and cheap when on special.

This is yesterdays calorie intake with my new diet..

Breakfast - Weight Watchers Beef Hot Pot                            203 Calories

Snack - Weight Watchers Caramel Shortcake Baked Bar         87 Calories

Lunch - Weight Watchers Tahi Chicken Curry                         336 Calories

Dinner - Weight Watchers Beef Hot Pot                                 203 Calories (Again..Only cause its yummy)

 

Yesterdays total calorie intake was 828. Todays Calorie intake after calculating will be 798. I know thats low and the mimimum should be 1200Cal. but im not starving myself, im eating three filling size meals a day with snacks, thats plenty. with a 600ml water with each meal.

It's hard not to just go down the road and get takeaway, but one way to stop myself is just eat one of my meals and the craving just goes away, cause im full.

So far i havnt done any excercise, i like to walk around the block but its been raining the last few days. I also use the Ab Circle Pro, but that is not fun.

This morning i weighed myself, and i was at 77.8kg (171.5lbs)

I love that im losing weight but my issue is now, i might get disquailified for loosing to much in one round. In the time span of 48hrs ive dropped 1.2kg (2.6lbs).

I'm not sure how healthy my diet plan is for my body. AM I DOING MORE HARM THEN GOOD.
