well, I made it past my cravings last night having eaten only a few snap pea crisps (yes, the salty snack ones from Costco) and a few peanuts. Better than the frozen Christmas cookies in my freezer that call my name from time to time.

Today, feeling much better which is great since the low carb days are a force to be reckoned with at times. For lunch, a self made tuna salad with 1/2 can albacore tuna, dill, lemon pepper, red onion, capers, celery seed, 1 tbsp non fat yogurt and a smidge of lemon juice. I'm using carrots and celery to scoop it up and my oh my what a tasty treat.  Also, a 16 ounce Zesty Garden juice from my local Market of Choice. This is my big treat for the day. They make it fresh right in front of me with beet, carrot, celery, and some other veggies, a little lemon, and cayenne.  Not sure it's the lowest of carb with the additional celery and carrot but it is so good and makes me feel good. So I've decided it's a good way to get some veggie nutrients once a week.
