well, it's day 4 of my dietbet challenge. I feel I've done pretty well thus far - made a meal plan for week 1 and followed it 75%. Cut WAY down on sugar and processed foods. The scale is starting to reflect a little progress...
But tonight I have severe craving for sweet carbs. It's a high carb day so I might have a little something, but I've already had a bagel and a few wheat thins today, which are not on my meal plan. I can't go off the track so much so soon. It's OK to feel hungry. In fact that's progress, right?
Wish I had a cookie! Argh!
